Rihab Babiker, associate director of finance and operations at Harvard University’s Center for International Development, has been named vice president of finance and operations at the Center for Effective Philanthropy.

Yael Eytan, director of marketing and communications at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, will now serve as chief marketing and communications officer at the Asian Art Museum.

Katrina Forrest, deputy chief of staff and legislative director in the office of Councilmember David Grosso of Washington, D.C., has been appointed the national director of partnerships at CityHealth.

Kathryn Gonnerman has been promoted to vice president of philanthropy at the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Hartford. She is currently the director of its Center for Innovative Philanthropy after serving last year as the foundation’s interim CEO.

John Harper has joined the consulting company FSG as a managing director. He has most recently worked as a consultant with clients that include the New York State Education Department, Roddenberry Foundation, and America’s Promise Alliance.

Laura Kelly has been promoted to vice president of global partnerships and development at the Brother’s Brother Foundation. She most recently was director of development in the foundation’s Virginia office.

Roger Lowe, executive vice president of strategic communications at the Grocery Manufacturers Association, has joined UsAgainstAlzheimer’s as chief communications officer.
